Do I need to buy special hardware?
No — not required. While we sell terminals with a built-in receipt printer, Pitstop runs on any Android device version 7.1.1 or higher, downloadable from the Google Play Store. Most ESC/POS Bluetooth printers are compatible if you’d rather use your own.
Can you handle LHDN e-Invoice?
Yes. Once you appoint Pitstop as your LHDN intermediary, we submit to the MyInvois portal on your behalf — there is no ERP system to register and no API credentials for you to manage. Every sale can be issued as a physical or digital invoice, and customers who need an e-Invoice can request one themselves through our request portal.
How do I get my team onboard?
